What we collect

Your name, email, job title, phone number and WhatsApp preference; company details you enter; RFQs, quotations and messages; and basic usage data such as searches. If you sign in with Google or LinkedIn we receive your name and email from them.

Who can see it

Supplier profiles and published listings are public. Buyer companies and RFQ contents are visible only to suppliers eligible to quote, and your company name is shared with a supplier when you message them or accept their quote. Registration numbers (GSTIN, IEC) are visible only to your company admins and our review team.

Where it’s stored

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase, hosted in Mumbai, and Vercel). We don’t sell personal data.

Your choices

You can edit your details or delete your account from Account settings at any time. To request a copy of your data, email privacy@sourcingninza.com.
