What SourcingNinza does

SourcingNinza is a directory and request-for-quotation platform that connects buyers with suppliers of products made in India. We are not a party to any contract between a buyer and a supplier, and we do not take title to goods, hold payments or arrange shipping.

Your account

You must give accurate details about yourself and your company and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and the companies you act for.

Listings and quotations

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, certifications and quotations. Listed prices are indicative and exclude freight, duties and taxes. A quotation becomes binding only under the terms the buyer and supplier agree directly. Listings and supplier accounts go live without manual review, and an “Approved” badge is not a check of documents or a guarantee of performance. Ask suppliers for registration documents and certificates before you order.

Acceptable use

Don’t list prohibited or restricted goods, misrepresent products or companies, scrape the platform, send spam, or ask for payment details in messages. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Liability

The platform is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users.
