How sourcing from India works with SourcingNinza

One team between you and Indian manufacturers: we find the factory, get the price in your currency and help you check quality before anything ships.

From request to shipment

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Product, quantity, destination and any specification or certification. No account needed.

    Your part: 2 minutes

  2. 02

    We find the right manufacturers

Our sourcing desk contacts Indian factories and exporters that make your product and can export it, and checks their documents.

    Your part: Nothing to do

  3. 03

    You get one clear quotation

Unit price in your currency, minimum order, lead time and FOB or CIF terms, usually within 3 working days.

Your part: Review and ask questions

  4. 04

    Approve a sample

A courier sample comes to you first. The cost is quoted before anything is sent.

Your part: Approve or send comments

  5. 05

Place the order with the factory

You agree the purchase order and payment terms directly with the manufacturer. We stay on the thread to follow up.

    Your part: Sign the PO

  6. 06

    Inspection and shipping

Add an independent pre-shipment inspection and a freight quote to your port. Export documents are prepared before loading.

Your part: Release the balance after the report

What we check on suppliers

Verification is about evidence you can rely on. This is what our team reviews before a supplier gets the Verified badge.

Verification lowers risk; it doesn’t replace your own checks. For any order you can’t afford to get wrong, add an independent inspection.

Business identity
GST registration, company registration and Import Export Code (IEC).
Export readiness
Export licence or RCMC where relevant, and the markets they already ship to.
Product compliance
Certificates you need, such as ISO, CE, GOTS, FSSAI or lab test reports.
Recorded, not assumed
A supplier shows as Verified only after our team records what was checked. Signing up never verifies anyone.

Prices, payment and shipping, plainly

Prices you can compare

Quotes in USD, EUR, GBP, AED and other currencies, per unit, with the minimum order and lead time. Use the landed cost calculator to add freight and duty.

You pay the factory

Payment terms are agreed between you and the manufacturer, often a deposit with the balance against shipping documents, or a letter of credit. SourcingNinza does not hold your money.

FOB or CIF

FOB covers the goods loaded at the Indian port; CIF adds sea freight and insurance to your port. Ask for either, or both.

Buyer questions

Do I need an account to get a quote?

No. Fill in the quote form with what you need, where it ships and your email. A sourcing executive replies by email. You can create an account later if you want to compare several supplier quotes side by side.

Does it cost anything to ask?

No. Asking for a quote is free and there is no obligation. You only pay the manufacturer for goods you decide to order, and for any samples, inspection or freight you approve in advance.

How long does a quotation take?

Usually about 3 working days. Common products can be faster; custom or technical items can take longer if the factory needs drawings or a sample first.

How do you check suppliers?

Before a supplier shows as Verified, our team reviews documents such as GST registration, Import Export Code and company registration, and records what was checked. Signing up never makes a supplier verified. For your order you can also add an independent pre-shipment inspection.

Can I get samples before a bulk order?

Yes. Ask for samples in your request. The sample and courier cost is quoted before anything is sent, and your comments go back to the factory before bulk production starts.

What prices and terms will I see?

Quotes come in your currency (USD, EUR, GBP, AED and others) with unit price, minimum order, lead time and an Incoterm: usually FOB at the Indian port, or CIF to your port.

How do I pay?

You pay the manufacturer directly under the terms you agree with them, for example a deposit with the balance against shipping documents, or a letter of credit. SourcingNinza does not hold or process payments.

What is the minimum order?

It depends on the product and factory. Some suppliers take small trial orders, others need a full production run. Tell us your real quantity and we look for factories that fit it.

Can you ship to my country?

Yes. Indian exporters ship worldwide by sea and air. We can add a freight quote from the Indian port to your port so you can compare landed cost.

Who handles export documents?

The exporter issues the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. If your market needs phytosanitary, fumigation, health or test certificates, say so in your request and they are arranged before shipping.

Can I order private label or custom products?

Many Indian manufacturers make to your specification and brand. Share drawings, reference samples, artwork and the certifications you need, and say whether you want samples first.
